The paper is published in Azerbaijani and English will cover all Azerbaijanis in Europe. It was issued at the initiative of Azerbaijani students in Great Britain in partnership with Hijran Seyidova, head of "ALL talents" Music School in London.

The paper will be offering latest news and stories about what is happening in Azerbaijan and also the local communities around the UK and Europe, 24-page monthly "Araz Azerbaijan" will be published with 5,000 issues and also sent to Azerbaijan.
