The Prosecutor's Office of Republic sent an appeal to the Grave Crimes Court for the continuation of the criminal case #637 launched on the murder of Monitor journal editor-in-chief Elmar Huseynov.
Judge Ali Seyfaliyev told the APA the Prosecutor's Office asks for permission from the court for inquiring Haji Mammadov and other gang members - Musa Dabuyev, Aslanbek Kentamirov, Farhad Mammadbayov, Nizami Abdullayev and Musa Mammadov from September 18 till 23. The Judge said the court gave a positive reply to the letter, and the trial has been delayed till September 25.
