Traffic accidents committed during past eight months represent a rise of 203 as against the same period last year.
Baku Traffic Police Office told APA that 2 026 traffic accidents were committed during January-September. The accident killed 620 people and injured 2 322 people in various forms. 1 077 of the accidents, 248 of deaths and 246 of injures happened in Baku. 1 823 accidents killed 600 people and injured 2 100 last year. 957 of these accidents, 253 of deaths and 1 069 of injures happened in Baku last year.
