The World Health Organization three or four experts will arrive in Azerbaijan in October related to precautions against human to human transmission of bird flu.
The WHO experts will give trainings for Azerbaijani epidemiologists and relevant specialists from September 9 till 13, the WHO office in Azerbaijan told the APA. The participants of the trainings will be risk regions-Terter, Salyan epidemiologists, Pulmonology Scientific Research Institute and Baku Hospital #7 specialists. The trainings aim to ensure specialists to prevent patient to patient and patient to doctor transmission of avian flu.
