An officer and two soldiers beat local resident Ramiz Abbasov in his house. Then they insulted him and and opened a fire into air, local residents told the APA.

Khanlar Police Office confirmed the fact. They have sent the facts to the Military Prosecutors' Office. Injured Abbasov was hospitalized. The hospital head physician Eldar Muradov said Ramiz Abbasov's genitals were injured and he received necessary medical aid.
