Interior Ministry's Special Police Party for Security of Diplomatic Representatives and Nesimi district Police Office 22nd station officers arrested Baku resident for robbing a Lebanese citizen.
This happened next to the Iraqi embassy Thursday night, IM press service told the APA. Baku resident Ruslan Ahmedov took Lebanese Vael Massoud Aid's mobile by force. Ahmedov was detained during the operation.
