APA's Karabakh bureau reports while visiting Berde, Tarter and Agjabedi regions Minister said measures are being implemented within the law to prevent this.

The Minister also said working conditions of Ministry's regional departments will be improved next year. He also said the government will grant more allowances to poor families as the economy develops. More than 26,000 families have been granted hardship allowance.
