Azerbaijan's Interior Ministry Office To Fight Organized Crimes arrested a trafficker in women during a special operation.
The Ministry press service told the APA Agdam region resident Hijran Aliyeva trafficked Azerbaijani woman for her brother in the United Arab Emirates in June, 2006. The trafficking victim suffered sexual exploitation by Aliyeva's brother Yusif Aliyev. Criminal case was initiated on the fact.
