Mehman Tahmazov was appointed a chief of Binagadi Police Department.
Binagadi Police Department told APA that Tahmazov is colonel and had been a chief of Absheron Police Department. He was introduced to the staff today. Former Binagadi Police chief Nazim Naghiyev had taken a retirement.
