The Federation told the APA that the associations comprising the Federation-the Association of Ontario Azerbaijani Communities, Association of Quebec Azerbaijanis, Association of Canada Azerbaijan Cooperation and the Canadian Azerbaijani Friendship Association have decided to hold the Federation's first congress in September this year. In addition, Azerbaijani Culture Days, concert of Azerbaijani singers as well as exhibitions will be organized in Canada in September this year.

The Federation is negotiating with relevant bodies of both countries to have grand event.
