In 7-8 km distance of Garabulag village of Khanlar region two Alban-Turkish temples dated to VII-IX centuries have been found.
Abbas Seyidov, member of group members of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Institute of Archeology reports that these temples were built by Alban Turks of Christian belief. According to the archaeologist, the new found will be able to change a lot of world scientists that claim living of Alban Turks in the territory of Azerbaijan, APA informs.
