In the action, attended by Azeri and Turkish Diaspora representatives, Ambassador Mammad Aliyev has read out the message of Novruz congratulation by the President Aliyev.

The action participators also reminded the 2nd Congress of World Azerbaijanis recently passed at high level in Baku, noting it will give strong pulse in consolidation of Azerbaijanis of the world and strengthening of national interests on international arena, AzerTAg informs.
