National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports the weather to be volatile cloudy and rainless in the main, while some areas will have mist in the morning in Baku and Absheron peninsula on November 8. Northern and southern winds wil change places in the noon. The temperature will be +10-13C at night and +20-25 in the first part of the day and +12-14 towards the night.
Misty and hazy weather is expected for the regions of Azerbaijan. Rain will fall beginning from the western regions in the second half of the day on November 8. Western wind to blow and strengthen. The temperature will be +6-11C at night and +15-20C in the afternoon, while +1-6C in mountains at night and +8-13C in the noon.
Meteosensitive people can feel uncomfortable due to the change of weather condition from November 8evening to November 9, considerable increase of the atmospheric pressure, strong khazri wind and +5-8C decrease of the temperature compared to the previous days.
