Azerbaijan Technical University and Turkish Balikesir University have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation.
The memorandum envisages joint action of both universities in scientific-pedagogical and scientific-research direction.
The memorandum also envisages holding training courses, as well as exchange of employees.
