According to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources average monthly temperature in February 2013 is expected to be nigh to the climatic norm, nonetheless to decline a little above the norm in the second half of the month. Rainfalls is going to unequally disperse over in the country territory. Monthly precipitation is predicted to be close to the norm and a little high than the norm in some places. Unstable, rainy weather will be dominant in the beginning of the month’s first decade.
In Baku and Absheron peninsula Average monthly temperature is predicted to be +2-4C which is close to the climatic norm. At nights the temperature will be +0-4C, while -1-3C in some days of the second half. In the afternoons of the first half of the month the temperature will be +4-9?C, while from -2C to +2C inseveral days of the second decade. Average monthly precipitation will be close to the climatic norm (21-284mm) and a little above the norm in some places.
In Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic Average monthly temperature is predicted to be from -2 C to +1C which is close to the climatic norm. At nights temperature will be -4-9C, while from -12-17 in several days of the second decade. In the afternoons the temperature will be +1-6C, and 0-5C in some days the second decade. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 11-29 mm), and a little more in different days.
In Upper Karabakh: Khankandi, Shusha, Khojali, Khocavand ; Gubadli, Zangilan, Lachin, Kalbajar and Dashkasan, Gadabay regions Average monthly temperature is predicted to be from -3C to +1C which is close to the climatic norm. At nights the temperature will be -3-8C , while -10-15C some days the second . In the afternoons the temperature will be from +0-5C, while -1-6C in several days of the second decade. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 25-35 mm), while above the norm in some places.
In Gazakh-Ganja, Goranboy, Tar-Tar-Agdam-Agjabadi-Fuzuli-Jabrail regions Average monthly temperature is predicted to be +2-4C which is close to the climatic norm. At nights he temperature will be from 1 degree of frost to +4C, while -2-5 in several days of the second decade. In the afternoons the temperature will be +3-8?C , while from -2C to +2C some days the second decade. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 15-36 mm).
In Balakan, Zagatala, Qakh, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, ?smailly, Agsu, Shamakhy, Siyazan, Shabran, Khizi, Guba, Khachmaz, Gusar regions Average monthly temperature is predicted to be from -1C to +3C which is close to the climatic norm. At nights the temperature will be from 4degrees of frost +1C while -6-11C in several days of the second decade. In the afternoons the temperature will be from +2-6C, while 0-5C in some of the second decade. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 24-55 mm) and a little above the norm in some places.
In Central-Aran : Agdash, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, ?mishli, Beylagan, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Saatli, Shirvan, Haj?gabul, Salyan, Neftchala regions Average monthly temperature is predicted to be +4-6C which is close to the climatic norm. At nights the temperature will be from +1-6C while about 0-5C in some days of the second decade. In the afternoons the temperature will be from +5-10?C, while from 2 degrees of frost to +3 several days of the second decade. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 21-35 mm) and a little above the norm in some places.
In Masall?-Lankaran-Astara-Lerik, Yardimli regions Average monthly temperature is predicted to be +3-5C which is close to the climatic norm. At nights the temperature will be +1-5?C while forsty with 0-2C in some days of the second decade and -7-12C in mountains. In the afternoons the temperature will be from +5-10?C while +0-3C in several days of the second decade. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 44-105 mm) and a little above the norm in some places.
