The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reported that condition of weather is going to be mutable cloudy and dry in the main. In Baku and Absheron peninsula, soft south-western wind will occasionally become stronger in various parts of the peninsula. The temperature will +1-3 C at night, +6-11 C in the afternoon.
On January 16, dominantly rainless weather is expected, while some regions are going to have misty night and morning. There will be a waft of south-western wind alongside an intensification in several places. The temperature will be from 3 degrees of frost to +2 C at night, +7-12 C in the afternoon, while 10-15 degrees of frost in the mountains at night, 15-20 in the highlands, and +1-6 C in the afternoon.
