In Baku and Absheron peninsula , afternoon is forecasted to be changeable cloudy, mostly rainless. Strong north-western wind will relent in the morning and be replaced with southern wind in the afternoon. Today , the temperature will be from 1 degree of frost to +2 C at night, +4-9C in the afternoon.
The weather is predicted to be mainly dry, foggy in some zones, nonetheless rainy in some northern and eastern regions at night and in the evening. Western wind will waft and intensify chiefly in mountainous regions, the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported.
The temperature will be from 3 degrees of frost to +2 C at night, +5-10 C in the afternoon, while 10-15 degrees of frost in the mountains at night, 18-23 in the highlands, and from 2 degrees of frost to +3 C in the afternoon. Roads will freeze at night and in the morning.
