The reconstruction work is underway at the Heydar Aliyev Park in the Binagadi district of Baku, the Baku City Executive Power reported.
New fountains, modern lighting system, the special benchs will be installed there , works on gardening. Moreover, the trees will be delivered from abroad . The reconstruction work is to be completed in 2013.
