Cloudy weather is forecasted to be dominant in Baku and Absheron peninsula
tomorrow, while rain is expected in some parts of peninsula. Intermittently intensifying north-western will become mild in the evening. According to the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry, the temperature will be +6-9 C at night, +9-14 C in the afternoon.
A rainy day is expected for some regions, but it will gradually stop beginning from the western regions in the afternoon. Western wind will waft. The temperature will be +5-9 C at night, +9-14 C in the afternoon, from 2 degrees of frost to +3 in mountains at night, and +4-9?C in the afternoon.
While cloudy, humid and windy weather condition will cause some meteorological people to feel discomfort tomorrow, dominance of oxygen-rich and fresh air along with a weak and soft oscillation of meteorological determinants is deemed suitable for meteorologically sensitive people on Nov. 16-17.
