President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow has presented “Unions of Debuts” award to scientist of Baku State University Flora Hajiyeva. The event was held as a part of the seventh forum of creative and scientific intelligentsia of CIS countries in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
The forum has brought together representatives from CIS, CIS Executive Committee, CIS Parliamentary Assembly, as well as officials of scientific, social, organizations.
The participants discussed development of CIS countries in educational, scientific, cultural and the other spheres.
