Application receiving for PhD program of the institutions of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and those not subordinated to the Academy (except Ministry of Education) has today started in Azerbaijan.
Application deadline expires on September 30, APA was told at the Academy of Sciences.
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who have high education, Master’s degree, as well as physicians in the field of medicine, can apply for PhD program.
They will take examination on special subjects, foreign language and philosophy skills gained during the Master’s program.
288 places were allocated to the Academy’s PhD program, 189 places – other organizations.
