Tunnel construction continues at the intersection of Zia Buniatov Avenue with the circle of Boyuk Shor, Azeryolservis said on Thursday.
The total length of the tunnel, which construction began in July 2011, will be 610 meters.
The height of the tunnel, which will consist of three entrances and three exits, will be 5.5 meters.
All electrical and sewer lines were carried from the territory of the tunnel and now the work is being carried out to transfer gas lines. Piles are being hammered on the territory.
The plant's commissioning is scheduled for 2013.
