An armed incident occurred in Baku, Sabail District Prosecutor’s Office reported. The incident was recorded yesterday and “Min bir geje” rest center. Unknown man killed Baku city resident Bayramov Ramal Abdulla, born in 1982, and wounded Mansimov Samad Ibadat, born in 1985, by opening the fire from small arm.
The operational group was formed on the incident and criminal case was launched on Criminal Code’s article ? 120.1 and ?228. The operational actions are underway to detain the committer.
