A severe traffic accident occurred on 157 km of Baku-Guba-Russia highway in Garachay village of Azerbaijan’s Guba region. Microbus Mercedes collided with “KamAZ” truck and 4 people were injured. The injured people were hospitalized in Guba.
According to witnesses, the microbus carrying Russian citizens and moving at high speed crashed “KamAZ” truck in the turning. The accident occurred in the alternative way near the bridge over Garachay, which was closed before due to disrepair condition.
Driver of the truck Zakir Allahverdiyev was not injured. It is reported that 4 Russian citizens in the microbus are women. The investigation is being carried out into the fact.
