The Azerbaijani Transport Ministry will announce a tender for the construction of a modern system of car parks in Baku, a source in a company that intends to participate in the tender told Trend.
The source said this project will include the creation of a system that will include approximately 100 parking lots and operate on the basis of modern information and telecommunication systems. "The tender will be announced in the second half of 2012," the source said. He said the project will be implemented for 1.5 years.
