UNICEF Office in Azerbaijan has today organized an official presentation of a collection entitled “Facts for Life”. The collection deals with information on how to prevent child and maternal deaths, diseases, injuries and violence.
Addressing the event, head of the UNICEF Baku Office Mark Hereward noted that 25 percent of children suffer from anemia. “Facts for Life provides information to help save, improve and protect children`s lives,” he added.
Since Facts for Life was first released in 1989, countless families and communities around the world have put its messages and guidance into practice.
