Multimedia Center is finalizing work on preparation of training models on new mass media within the project " Accomplishment of teaching new media".
Press service of Baku State University (BSU) reports that projects of 5 subjects’ training programs connected with new media are ready to be put for discussion.
International experience was used in module development, supply-proposal relations researched at new media cadre market, surveys conducted among experts. Final variant of training model will be discussed at the conference to be held in April.
Online laboratory (news portal) created within the project has been commissioned by 8 universities teaching journalism. The purpose for establishment of online lab is provision of assistance and raising of journalist-students’ practical skills.
Relevant trainings have been held for teachers and students to manage the resource. Work on Internet resource is also under completion, it is planned to create Internet TV and radio in BSU within the project.
