Ministry’s Azeryolservis JSC spokesman Punhan Mursaliyev said the work on replacing the asphalt will be launched in the next few days, and now the JSC considers the option for the closing of the Avenue.

"The relevant decision should be taken within a few days. There should be chosen the best option with a view to avoid impact on the traffic movement in the city center,” he said. The Neftchilar Avenue is one of the busiest avenues in Baku.
