The series of the Azerbaijani universities’ diplomas will be determined through a special software from 2012, the Education Ministry reported. The program itself will determine the diploma series. So far, the ministry issued diplomas on the basis of a series presented by the universities’ list.
"For example, a series from 1 to 100 were given to any particular university. Then, a lot of time was needed to find out the diploma series of any graduate,” the ministry said.
