For the first time, Youth Day will be celebrated more widely , as the festival in Azerbaijan, e Culture and Tourism Ministry reported. The festival will be held from Feb.1- Feb.11.
The festival is aimed to identify young talents and support their creative research.
The festival is organized as a part of the execution of the Azerbaijani President’s order dated July 7, 2011 approving the State Program "Azerbaijani youth in 2011-2015."
