According to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry, the weather will be changeable cloudy, mostly rainless on Jan.7 in Baku and Absheron peninsula. Fog will be in some places in the morning and evening. Temperate south-western wind will blow. The temperature is expected to be +3-5˚C at night, +7-12˚C in the afternoon.
The weather will be mainly rainless in the Azerbaijani region. Mist will be in some places at night and in the morning. Western wind will blow. The temperature will be -1˚C to +4˚C at night, +7-12˚C in the afternoon, -3-8˚C in the mountains at night, and +4-9˚C in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas is forecast to be -10-15˚C.
Over the next two days the weather is predicted to be relatively invariable, mostly rainless. Temperate southern wind will be prevalent. Serious change of weather condition is not expected.
