A gunman was detained on the strategically significant bridge in Baku, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported. The ministry’s officials detained resident of the Jabrayil region Vidadi Farhadov as a suspect. He was detained on the bridge on the Heydar Aliyev Avenue. A pistol was seized from him and he was handed to the Narimanov District Police Office for further investigation.
