One of the busiest roads in Baku was closed down due to the construction work. The Shamil Azizbakov Street near the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry was partially closed. Work is underway to replace the pavement here. "The work is carried out in accordance with modern standards and will be completed by late 2011,” the contractor company reported.
