A spacious park is under construction near the Heydar Aliyev Palace in Baku. This area is relatively called "winter boulevard." Under the project, three parking lots will be located under the park, a representative of the contractor company, who asked to remain anonymous, said.
"Special equipment for cement production was installed on the construction site. There were dug three foundation pits and they will be filled with cement. This park will be one of the most beautiful places in Azerbaijan. The construction works runs in accordance with modern requirements. The park will be completed by late 2012," the source said.
