Prominent Azerbaijani scientist, correspondent member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the USSR, foreign member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, academician Huseyn Ahmadov was awarded with Gold Medal of the Russian Academy of Education in the annual meeting held this week. Huseyn Ahmadov, awarded for his achievement in the science, is the first Azerbaijani honored with this prize. The award was presented by president of the Russian Academy of Education, academician Nikolai Nikandrov.
