A suicide bomber who attempted to blow up the building of the Cabinet
of Ministers in Turkish capital Ankara has been neutralized, TRT Haber
TV channel reported on Nov.21.
According to the TV channel, the suicide bomber was neutralized by
the police. It is also reported that he wore an explosives belt which
was taken off him.
