The UN Secretary General sees a need for rapid resolution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
"Rapid and peaceful resolution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is necessary, and results are expected in this direction," UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said at a meeting with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported.
Mammadyarov, during the meeting with Ban Ki-moon within his working visit to the United States, informed him about the negotiation process to resolve the Armenian -Azerbaijani Nagorno- Karabakh conflict.
