Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has expressed his condolences to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
"I am deeply shocked at hearing the news on many human losses as a result
of the terrorist attack in the “Domodedovo” airport. We strongly condemn terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I express my sincere
condolences to You, relatives and friends of the killed, all the people
of Russia. I wish speediest recovery to the wounded," the letter said.
