Azerbaijani Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov paid an official visit to Spain at the invitation of Chairman of Spanish Supreme Sports Council Jaime Lissavetzky on November 24-26.
Real state of sports relations between the two countries and development perspectives, as well as the ways of future cooperation were discussed during the meeting held in Europe-World Anti-Doping Agency’s Executive Committee.
The Memorandum signed between Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Youth and Sports and Supreme Sports Council of the Kingdom of Spain covers a number of important issues of mutual concern.
Within the framework of the visit, Rahimov acquainted himself with Madrid Elite Sportsmen Training Centre and State Anti-Doping Center’s Doping Control Laboratory.
