We came to Karabakh directly from Baku, by crossing the contact line. For the last 9 years, this is the only known fact of its kind, thus it can be called an achievement, said French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Bernar Fassier to the journalists.
Fassier however did not speak of any negotiations the Co-chairs had in Khankendi.
"After we visit Yerevan, and meet with the president Sargsyan and FM Nalbandian, an official statement will be put out," Fassier pointed out.
