The co-rapporteurs of the PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Joseph Debono Grech and Pedro Agramunt Font De Mora will observe the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan slated for November.
“We are planning a visit to Azerbaijan. But the date of the visit has not been fixed yet. I plan to meet with my counterpart and discuss this issue next week,” he said.
