Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to Russian Counterpart Dmitry Medvedev over a loss of life in blasts at the Raspadskaya mine, the AzerTaj state news agency reported.
"The news of a considerable loss of life and damages caused by the blasts at the mine was a source of great sorrow to me. On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I offer sincere condolences and sympathies to you, families and relatives of the dead and the whole people of Russia, and also wish the injured speedy recovery," the President said in his message.
