Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Oktay Asadov will pay an official visit to Italy in early May. The visit will take place May 4 at the invitation of Italy's Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies, Gianfranco Fini, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Italy Emil Karimov said.
Ambassador said that Speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament with Gianfranco Fini, Vice-Speaker of the Senate Vannino Chiti and separately with the Senators.
Special attention will be paid to the issues of inter-parliamentary relations, regional and international cooperation.
