Azerbaijani Parliamentary Speaker Ogtay Asadov will pay an official visit to Iran Feb. 20-22, Adviser to the Azerbaijani Embassy in Iran Ilham Zamanov said.
The speaker will visit Tehran upon his Iranian Counterpart Ali Larijani's invitation. This will be response visit after Iran's ex-Parliamentary Speaker Gulamali Haddad Adil's Baku visit.
During his visit, Asadov is expected to meet with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki and other officials.
