Russian co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Yuri Merzlyakov arrived in Baku on Dec. 10.
U.S. co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Robert Bradtke already arrived in Baku on Dec. 9.
French co-chair Bernard Fassier is expected to arrive in Azerbaijan on Dec. 11.
The diplomats together with OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative Anjey Kasprshik plan to meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
The co-chairs will present the updated Madrid principles to the Azerbaijani leadership and will coordinate next meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents.
