Azerbaijan's ambassador in Jakarta Ibrahim Hajiyev has met Indonesian State Minister of Environment Gusti Muhammad Hatta.
Hajiyev praised the Azerbaijan-Indonesia relations, saying they were developing successfully.
The ambassador briefed the Indonesian minister on the Azeri government`s environmental policy.
Hajiyev touched upon the consequences of Armenia`s military aggression against Azerbaijan.
“The occupation caused in extremely great damages to the environment in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.”
He also praised the Indonesian government for backing Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
Hatta joined the Azeri ambassador in hailing the relations between the two countries.
The Ambassador presented the Indonesian minister with books, CDs and DVDs on Azerbaijan`s history, culture and tourism, as well as the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
