Representatives of Azerbaijani opposition parties have refused to meet with the delegation of the Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.
The meeting had been scheduled for 13.00, then it was rescheduled by the CE representatives.
Chairman of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party Sardar Jalaloglu said they refused to meet with the Council of Europe delegation because the delegation preferred to meet with representatives of authorities first at a time appointed for them.
