On Oct. 5, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev received a delegation headed by the US Deputy Secretary of Energy Daniel B. Poneman, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
The meeting focused on successful development of energy cooperation.
The sides expressed confidence for the further development of relations in this regard.
The U.S. Deputy Secretary of Energy mentioned the importance of his visit for strengthening cooperation.
