Turkish Foreign Ministry has responded to a note of protest by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry against illegal visit of two journalists of the Turkish NTV television channel to Nagorno-Karabakh.
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said at a meeting with Azerbaijani counterpart in New York that NTV channel’s journalists’ trip had been illegal.
The ministers shared ideas on the Azerbaijan-Turkey cooperation in all fields.
The Ministers discussed the situation of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Minister Mammadyarov let Davutoglu know about Azerbaijan’s stance on the resolution process, adding the peace and stability are impossible in the region unless the problem is solved.
