Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev will pay a working visit to Russia on Sept. 21-24 upon the invitation of his Russian counterpart Anatoliy Serdukov, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said.
The minister will hold talks on military and regional cooperation, as well as sign a bilateral cooperation plan for 2010.
Azerbaijan cooperates in the military sphere with over 50 countries.
